this stuff WORKS! My female cat has a tendency, when she's in heat, to mark her territory. I've tried a few different products to try and get the smell out but absolutely nothing I've tried, including the tv infomercial stuff, worked - after using, the urine smell was still there. And then I found Messy Pet Cat. This is the only odor eliminator I've found that actually eliminates urine odor. Works equally well when spot-treating on one small area or on the furniture or when added to laundry detergent when washing the soiled item. The only problem is, Wal-Mart NEVER keeps it in stock and it's impossible to find on the shelves, so make sure to order plenty online! 02/22/2012
