Memorex miniMove Portable Boombox for iPod, Pink 8 8
Pretty Good... I bought this just a wk ago I originally was looking at the purple minimove boombox but this one was exactly the same (except for color) and half off. So I went with this one since it was soo cheap! The radio is OKAY, I can't get alot of stations but it works. The speakers are pretty good quality. It only goes to volume 16 which I thought was werid. At 16 its pretty loud, but I like my music blasting so it didn't exactly meet my expectations. The controler is rlly cute! Overall I think it was pretty good. If you just want something to play your ipod in your room then buy this!! But If you want like a stereo for blasting music in a big room, this wouldn't meet your expectations. 01/15/2012
Music in the keyz This is my 3rd one. #1 was new from Walmart & stolen, #2 was a ebay replacement that stoped working & this one is another new one from Walmart. The miniMove is a perfect size, great sound, charges as it plays & did I mention it looks great. I use it at work. The remote control was the feature I needed most. Works perfect with headphones or used to let the room enjoy the music. The radio also picks up much better than I exspected. I think the size fools people & when they hear the sound comming from it they are surprised & then when I use that small remote to lower the sound (from across the room) so we can speak they always say, I came to talk to you but, let me see that little thing playing the music. Good even tone. It's not any higher/taller than it is wide. The built in handle has a good sized opening to grasp it with & all one piece makes it safe to pick up & go. Light weight, bright colors. Easy small size lets me move it to any place in the room. Have never used the battery option. I keep it mid height, on top of a tall file cabinet, face it out into the room & enjoy the music. 02/04/2012
Stopped working in two weeks. This is the second one I purchased. I returned the last one and repurchased the same item. Not this time, I'm just going to do a return. It just stopped working. It still charges the ipod but the radio and speakers just don't turn on. 01/26/2012
Only had it a week, but o far I love this unit. It doesn't come with the universal dock but I had one that came with my IPOD to use. You can really get the volume loud and I love the little remote. Radio not the greatest reception but I didn't buy it for that reason. And nice that you can plug it in, comes with the unit, or use batteries and remote comes with the battery.Good value. I read some bad reviews but took a chance. Hope it lasts. 03/02/2012
