Love them! I love these so much that I carry them around in my bag and use them daily. I've been engaged for 6 months and have since been paying attention to how much fluid I retain. Sometimes my fingers blow up like little balloons and my ring will feel uncomfortably tight around my finger. I take two of these and the puffiness goes down in my face, fingers, and around my knees. As I'm writing this, my ring is slipping around my ringer and it's been several hours since I've taken them. 11/29/2011
