I am a home PT/have tried this with several patients. It suits some/not others....depends on your needs. It is very heavy duty. AKA is is just plain heavy in weight. That is good for the lady that has tremors and bad for the lady that has one small step out of her house....it is too heavy for anyone that needs a walker to get it down even one step themselves....OK if they have a family member to help. It is heavy and awkward to load into a car...even my Outback station wagon. The 8" wheels are great on gravel and uneven ground outdoors but have a poorer turning radius than a regular rollator walker with 6" wheels or a standard rolling walker. This is fine if the home/apartment has open rooms and hall width...makes a (negative) difference in homes with a tight turning radius (small bathroom, narrow halls etc.).

I recently bought the Medline Walker & Rollator in Pink, with the Breast Cancer Awareness Logo. I have used it twice already and it was very helpful for me to get around at a picnic and a outdoor art festival. I have very bad knees and it is hard for me to walk and stand for any length of time. This walker helped me very much. I was able to sit and rest while walking around the festival. I also was able to sit in the shade at the picnic. I really enjoyed both events so much more than I would have with my walker.

I have had this walker for a couple of weeks, and it has certainly measured up to my needs. It is very sturdy and not difficult to assemble. Based on my use so far, I expect it to last a long time and be very satisfactory.

this walker is very durable and cute as a bugs ear! the wheels on it are nice and large and makes it so easy to maneuver, i have had others but this one drives like a sport car, and everyone at our senior group gets a good laugh with me driving my hot pink sports walker! its great and i would recommend it to others!

I researched walkers before choosing this one. For a few dollars more, I find it to be of excellent quality. The quality of materials and production is very good and safety design is much better than others. The large wheels go over just about everything without notice and the locking brakes are easy to use.

  • A. Yes it is very light weight to pick up but it only folds in an upright position but it will fit. Also you need to remove the handle screws so u can fold them to fit in the trunk.

  • A. If you need the walker to walk yourself...probably not. It is heavy. I am a home PT and carry this in my trunk for patients to try. I am young/healthy and have an Outback station wagon and it is quite awkward for me to stuff back in my hatchback.
