We got this as a present for the family- we have an 8 and 10 year old. It is the perfect size- not too big and not too small. We have had lots of fun playing all of the games. We've had it about a year now and it is very sturdy and is holding up well.

My 2 favorite features on this item are how easy it is to convert from game to game in seconds and how good I was/am at it right off the bat! Happy Board Game Playing!

We purchased this as a Christmas Gift so the kids have not played it yet but we have set it up to view it ourselves and the game table has a nice quality look. Worth the money that we paid. It will work great for my kids 4 and 6. However, I wouldn't recommend this table for kids over the age of 7 because of it's smaller size.

    • A. It's a slide hockey and no batteries required. If you are looking for air hockey, you could refer to our website http://www.themdsports.com for more options.

    • A. It is not air hockey, but slide hockey, which is just pushing a disk around. There is nothing that requires batteries or electricity. I purchased separate game table that was only air hockey from Walmart as a gift.

    • A. Well, my son (age 36) and I put it together. He had a little one when he was a boy and we had a blast playing. It is just a smaller version of a full sized one. It might be a bit challenging for some 6 year olds. All kids are different and I sure noticed one of my little guys actually had a more accurate view of the balls.

    • A. No its not too small for a six year old. I am an adult and can play the games with my kids. It is a small table like the size of a computer desk. The pool table being on the bottom is the shortest of the 3 games. The soccer and hockey games are a descent height.
