Not what we were expecting! I purchased the electric grill/smoker as a gift for my husband. When it arrived and we put it together my first impression was that it was attractive and the main reason I bought it was because I had used my son's and it was super conveinent because it was more of a grill. Looks can be deceiving.It is really more of a smoker than a grill. You can't just throw some burgers on the grill and be eating them in 15 minutes.If you are looking for a smoker and time is not an issue then I think it is great, but for grilling in a hurry not so great.We returned it without even using it because it wasn't really what we were looking for.PrincessTwentyTwo 07/13/2010
