Rated 1 out of 5Â by jazzinwine NOT smudge or waterproof I am quite disappointed with this product. It's too soft and with it being so soft, it's impossible for it not to smudge. I purchased it and came home and applied it and less than 2 hours later, I had raccoon eyes. I applied it to my waterline and it was gone. I'll be returning it tomorrow. 12/28/2012

It's too blunt and too soft: one eye will look OK but then it's too soft by the second and will only coat and clump my lashes rather than drawing a line. I'll stick to Cover Girl's far superior version. 12/17/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 best and top of the line overall eyeliner looks extremely intense like gel and yet smooth than alot of other eye pencils i ever used. i would have to say it stays put and never smudges even through intense weather. wow maybelline u got to keep this line eyeliner on the market it be a go to brand for everyone soon. 12/04/2012
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Coffman LOVE THIS LINER! Glides on easy and blends well. Stays in place all day. Comes off easily with make up remover. My favorite color is cinnabar....brings out the green in my eyes....not too dark and not too light. Great for everyday. I would definately recomend it! 11/25/2012
