Yes, absolutely! I put on moisturizer & let that sink in a minute, then this primer & let it sink in for a minute & then use a foundation.

90% of the time I use a mineral foundation (Studio Gear, Bare Minerals, Sally Beauty Supply's brand, Ulta brand). The primer really helps the mineral foundation cover evenly & stay on a little longer.

Also, if you have dry skin like I do, it might actually help you get more mileage out of your mineral powder. I had to use more product to get it to stick on my face before I used a primer.

I use it under Loreal True Match mineral makeup. The product is a little oily feeling so use it sparingly. esp in any areas that your makeup tends to "crease" in. It really does make your skin look smoother but for me it's not part of my everyday ritual. I have oily skin so it makes me a bit shiny with all day use. I use it only when I want to look especially nice for a few hours.

I use it under my Maybelline Mineral Power foundation. The primer goes a long way; start with half a pea size and smooth it on lightly allover. I like to wait a couple minutes before I put anything over it (a good time to brush your teeth).

I would consider this a best buy. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Smashbox & for me, this was it.

I tried Hard Candy's sheer primer, but the product separated after only a couple weeks so it became runny & clumpy. Even though I have dry skin, the L'Oreal primer was just too oily for me. Pur Minerals green primer was better, but it kind of sat on my skin & didn't absorb like Smashbox.

I was so excited when I found the Maybelline primer. It locks in my moisturizer & keeps my makeup on & looking fresh. I like to use just a little more primer than you need because I find it helps with my dry skin - especially in winter. Because the price of the Maybelline is so low, I can do it without worrying if I'd break the bank. I hope they never stop making this stuff or it's back to the pricey primers again.

This stuff is so amazing!! I have been using it for 2 years now and then suddenly it disappeared from the shelves at just about every store that sells makeup!! I drove around searching for it, never did find any. I tried other primers to replace it....and wasted ALOT of money. This is by far the best one I have tried! So glad I can get it online!! I'm buy 3 just to be safe! A little goes a long way!

I have used a lot of different primers & I believe this is truly one of the very best I have found, It doesn't take a lot & that is why the tube is small. I noticed after I used it a few times something about my face looked different....makeup looked fresh longer & my skin seem to have a glow about it. Love this....I also use it as a eyeshadow primer because it works better than anything I've tried. Highly Recommended....Thanks to Walmart's excellent on line shopping site....always great service!

Maybelline Rewind Primer~Recommended!

I'm 68, getting many fine wrinkles, and this product is the ONLY primer that smoothes my skin and plumps away the fine lines. I've wasted way too much money trying other products that don't even come close to yours. I'm so sad to have waited too long to buy more, as evidently it's no longer available. I don't understand why you'd get rid of such a marvelous miracle worker. :(( Please, please, pretty PLEASE put it back on the market again!!!!!! Just think of how many happy customers you'd make again!

Where did my primer go???!!!

I have been using this since it came out-& now i habe spent months looking for it. 
When it was in walmart- it was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find because of the placement of it-& that was with me KNOWING what i was looking for! 
I hv told everyone i know about this product- it us the best thing for my skin & it takes away wrinkles any time i put it on!  Bring it back to Walmart, & Walgreens & CVS!!  I Cant find it anywhere now!!

Where is it now?

This is a great product, I put it on over my moisturize to make my face less shiny and it has the effect of blurring fine lines.  Lasts a long time too as you don't need much to accomplish the task.

Does the Trick

I love this product. The only drawback is that Walmart never keeps it in their stores. They are always out; hence, had to order it online.

The product makes my skin feel very soft and I use it day and night. It is better left on the skin for at least ten minutes before putting foundation on so it has time to make the skin plump up and not be oily. In the mid-neck area, I like to put on extra when going out the door to further plump up aging skin.

Very good for dry or aging skin.

I have only used this for a week but it doesn't do anything for me. My face looks and feels the same if I use it or not. Save your money and don't buy it.

Neither good or bad

I have normal to oily skin and I and have been using this primer for about a month now to really try it out. Well it has not impressed me, I have tried it under liquid and mineral foundation and every time it is used by lunch I am super oily on my face. Even when you put it on it has a greasy feel. I will spend the extra money and go back to Revlons photoready primer that is a great primer.

Really Greasy feel yuck!

This was my first ever primer and I have to say I wasn't too impressed!! It made my skin extra slink and I would have to be very carefully not to put it very close to my eyes because for some reason my eyes would get irritated by the smell & I would have to put extra concealer on because it would just slide off because of this product. waste of money for me!
