Makes my eye color come out on high. My only problems are that I have to kind of scrub my lids to get the color off and it's hard to blend neatly. 09/24/2012

Rated 4 out of 5Â by downkitty Here's a unique use for a punchy pop of color! When you want to be punchy, scoop a bit of teal, blue, or purple out, apply it to a spooly, and swipe it on eyelashes. (May want to use a white primer first for added "pop" effect.) It's a very pretty pop of color. The teal is beautiful! :) 09/21/2012
