I didn't like these as window coverings but they were great to re-cover my dinning chair seats. Good quality material with great backing. I really like the pattern and the price was to good to pass up. I'm very happy with what I used them for.

Didn't like as window panels BUT

These curtains are a Christmas present to myself. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for; bold and beautiful. They really brighten up my breakfast area (photo attached).

I read the reviews about the feel of the material, and I agree that it wasn't what I expected. However, after washing and drying them before use, they felt and looked great. I like the design on the curtain, too. They are thick enough to block out the blinding morning sun, but it still lets enough light in.

I highly recommend them.

Love them!

The curtain panel (yes, there is only 1 per package, despite what the comments say) is just as pictured. The color is great, and the fabric is nice and sturdy, yet drapable, definitely just what I was hoping for. I love that you can hang them in several ways. In the reviews, someone said they used clips with hooks, plus you can just put the rod through the pocket. But I especially like the way it's shown in the magazine ad, where you weave the rod in and out of the little fabric strips on the panel so it looks like it would if it had grommets, if that makes any sense (click on the photo to see up close).
My only complaint is that they don't come in a longer length, as they're about a foot too short for my window, but I'm going to add a coordinating panel of off-white at the bottom to lengthen them. Overall, though, they're a great buy, even if I had to buy two! **By the way, just a warning: the rod that is pictured in the ad is not the one that is suggested at the bottom. The pictured rod has a much larger finial, which I learned when I ordered the wrong one! I liked the rod, as it looked similar, but the finial is tiny. Not sure if I'll return it or just not use it with these curtains.

Good buy

I saw these curtains in a Better Homes and Garden magazine add and they were just what I had been looking for, style-wise to go in a sunroom that faces east. I was sold even more when I learned that they had a backing on them to make them energy saving. While they are not black out curtains, they definitely do cut the heat the comes beating in from the sun each morning which is helping to save on our cooling costs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive, energy saving curtain.

These curtains will help beat the heat.

They are nicely patterned and will work just find for my needs (which was to put them in an office to cover up some ugly blinds). But though they are 100% polyester, I did not expect them to feel more like a shower curtain, which is what I found. I washed them as directed and ironed as directed. They still have a few fold marks despite this. They did soften a little but still have that plastic-y feel of cheap polyester. Again, they will work for my needs. I wouldn't really want them in my house with that feel, even though they look okay.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Love this product so much, that when the washing machine tore the lining I had to replace it with an exact one. Thermo lining keeps the florida summer heat out, and the pattern is beautiful. I suggest dry clean. Washing machine ruined the lining of mine.
