    Rated 1 out of 5 Oh no! We have eaten these pot pies for some time & always found them to be tasty. Unfortunately tonight was a different experience. We baked a turkey & beef pot pie & both smelled different. At first bite we knew something was wrong. The meal had a bitter taste as did the sauce. Needless to say, down the disposal they went.     Rated 3 out of 5★áby Not great, but ok Not one of MC's best, but edible. I like my veggies with some crunch, so I liked that part. The meat was about what you expect with a microwave meal - a little fake feeling but the flavor was good. The gravy was under seasoned but had a good consistency and underlying flavor. The potatoes were standard micro-fare, but they were at least smooth and not grainy or watery. A little pepper perked them right up.For a frozen dinner, it beats most of the other brands. By MC standards, though, it could be improved. 10/18/2012

I cut my cook time by about 30 seconds - 45 seconds and let the meal sit longer in the micro. Never had a tough or mushy meal. 01/08/2014

    • For food safety And quality: keep frozen; do not thaw. Ovens And wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product must be cooked thoroughly. Read And follow these cooking directions. Microwave oven: cook only one product at a time. 1. cut a slit in film cover over vegetables. Microwave on high 4 minutes. 2. stir pot roast; replace film cover. 3. microwave an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 4. let stand 2 minutes. Carefully remove as product will be hot; stir pot roast. 5. check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165f as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Conventional oven: do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. preheat oven to 350f. cut a slit in film cover over vegetables. 2. bake on cookie sheet in center of oven 40 to 45 minutes. 3. carefully remove as product will be hot. Let stand 2 minutes; stir pot roast. 4. check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to be 165f as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Temperatures above 350f And/or failure to use a cookie sheet may cause damage to the tray, food And/or oven.
