    Rated 4 out of 5★ by 112reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 Not so good product for me Sorry if I differ from other opinions, but I feel this bench is not for me. First of all, I don★´t fit very well on this, I★´m 6 ft tall and when I rest my back on the bench my intimate parts presses the arm curl stand (feels uncomfortable!!). Butterfly exercise doesn★´t feels like it should and also the leg extention and leg curl exercises. When resting the weight bar on upright beams (on the bench press exercise) they are enough close, but when tired and using more weight I loose balance and almost smashes my hands. Will return it and get back to the gym :( 09/24/2011
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Good for beginners I have been using this for about a month and have mixed feelings on it. First I'd like to point out that it's not as hard to put together as people on here made it out to be. If you either A) use permanent marker and write #'s on cardboard to go with the pieces from the blister pack or B) use foam cups with #'s on it the same way, along with following the included instructions it can be put together in 1 hour maybe 1 1/2 hour tops. That being said, the butterfly attachments are relatively useless. I thought they'd provide something positive but they just get in the way and have very limited range of motion. It's better to use 2 free weight dumbbells on the bench than with the attachment. Also, the uprights are in very close and fit a 5ft bar on but barely. Your grip as a result is forced to be in too close if you have wide shoulders. It also makes placing the bar back on the rack harder without pinching your hand in the process. The bench itself is good and has 4 positions: slight decline, flat, slight incline and major incline. This helps hit different muscle zones. The leg lifts work fine and the preacher's curl does, too. The preacher's curl is a bit close for comfort when laying all out but so far I haven't made contact while benching. I could take it out if I wanted but unscrewing it to bench then putting it back to use after would be a pain.Ultimately it is a decent set up for the price. If you are just starting out it's good for beginners. If you are looking to do heavy lifting get a better quality set. This one is rated up to 100lbs on the bar, though I've used it for 130lbs a few times. 07/11/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by excellent product I got mine in the time promised me. When I got it home, and it IS a large package, it was in good shape. After reading another comment, I was careful to use a box cutter to slice the side of the screws/nuts package blister-packs to remove only the count I needed at each step. There are quite a few different sizes to keep organised. Best not to just rip that package open! I also used a smear of chassis grease (cup grease) on the parts that slid together, it kept them a little tighter. Everything fit snug. It works! It does what I want it to do and I'm pretty happy with the price. But, it might be a tight squeeze for someone over 6 feet tall or over-weight. If you're Olympic sized, you might be better served with an Olympic sized bench. 09/30/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by assembly is not difficult Assembly is not difficult so long as you do two things:1) Follow the directions step by step without taking short cuts. It took me about 3 hours without rushing.2)Until you are ready to use each piece, keep the many bolts, washers, and nuts attached to the cardboard where they are identified and where they correlate to the assembly instructions. Otherwise you can have a mess. 11/12/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by love it bought this bench online not expecting much, i was wrong! This is sturdy, quality made and solid. The bench came with leg extension and preacher curls and for the price this is the best value... 07/13/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 great deal well made lots of features great purchase! 12/26/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great Bang for your buck! Did my research and did not find any other bench with this many exercises available, for anywhere near the $98 I paid for this bench. Assembly took just about 2 hours with instructions that are pretty straightforward. I agree that the best way to go about it would be to keep the blister packs of small parts intact, and only cut open the blisters you need when you're up to using that part. I have used the bench a couple of times now and it definitely seems durable enough to withstand quite a few years of home use. Yes, the uprights are a bit too close together, but really not that big a deal. 11/14/2013
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Excellent Bench Ok, first you need to take your time putting this bench set together. As has been said, do not open all the nuts and bolts until you need them or you will be sorry. VERY SORRY. FORGET THE GUY THING and read the directions for putting this together. I believe the bench was for a maximum for 100 lbs so don;t try to use more weights then recommended. If you take your time, follow the directions and know anything about using some tools then you will be just fine. I used an adjustable wrench and a ratchet set, plus a blade to open the nuts and bolts when needed. There will always be people who complain because they did not know what they were doing. The directions are a little confusing but pretty good in general.I think this is an excellent bench and will help me to get into shape. OK, with the getting into shape do not try to do too much at first or you will hurt yourself. Do stretching prior to using the wright set.I watch YOUTUBE videos to learn how to use the equipment properly. You can do the same....I think you will be very happy with this weight bench. IS IT PERFECT - no but for the price......ALSO, one last thing, when using your weights, PLEASE make sure the clips are on properly to hold the weights on the bench and also on the weight bar that you will buy. 12/10/2013
