Rated 3 out of 5 by MelissaLiss Better hope you dont need replacement parts I loved this product when I bought it. I used it everyday for at least a hour maybe 2 a day. It was doing great until this noise started. It was after a month it started. So I called the place to ask what can I do. They told me they are sending a new tension wheel. I waited 2 weeks nothing showed I called them back. They said oh its on back order. Wont be in for another 2 weeks. I was angered. I said well why did the woman I spoke to 2 weeks ago tell me she would have it shipped tomorrow an now you dont have it. So finally I had to wait a month to receive it. So I put the piece back together today, and still noise. When I called she gave me an attitude an was rude said well call where ever u got it. If they wont take it back we can send you one but that will take 10 weeks. WHAT THE HECK 10 weeks?? Im so annoyed with these people. 05/06/2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by 1withms hard to use Difficult to secure feet in foot pedals. Even with help, it was almost impossible to secure foot pedal straps. I am 5'4" and it was very uncomfortable trying to reach the pedals. I placed a pillow behind my back to move closer, but that was not helpful either. Hoped this machine would be easy to use with my MS. It was easy to get on the machine but other than that, it was not user friendly. Very disappointed with product. Did not work for me. It appears to be a sturdy bike. 01/18/2011
