It doesn't have the doohickeys on the handlebars for braking and that's good because I don't want something too complicated for him.The bike installation went fast and was easy to assemble. The seat goes up and down with the touch of a thingy.We are now on our way to purchase a new seat for the bike as this one is too skinny and small for his rump. Not the bike's fault though... 06/25/2010

It is about 10 lbs lighter than the other bikes I looked at.I would give it five stars if it had a quick release for the seat post. You need a wrench to adjust the seat height. 04/25/2011

I am so glad we got this bike! It arrived 75% assembled. I did not even need the manual. My 7 year old son and I put it together. The bike is flashy and cool. The tires are nobby and great for dirt riding.Take it from a dad that researched bikes to the tee. You will be very glad you bought this bike from Mantis! 12/09/2010
