I purchased it so that I could have a dim, quick to turn on lamp for when I get up to feed my baby at night. I love how dim the first level of light is and of course the level 2 and 3 lights are brighter if you need more light. The appearance was nice. The shade is maybe a little cheaper looking but the lamp itself is nicer looking than I expected. 05/08/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by ArcheryFarms Nice bedside lamp. Nice little touch lamp. I chose it to replace an old glass shade touch lamp and it works just as well with my bedroom decor. I use a 40 watt smaller incandescent bulb not the regular size bulb altho the base of the bulb is regular and would fit any standard lamp. I wasn't sure the bulb would work after reading one review but I've had no problem and the 3-way effect works fine for me. The lamp is a perfect size for a bedside table. I'm happy with it. 05/08/2012
