IVE HAD NO ISSUES SO FAR. WE HAVE A CABLE BOX, 4 VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS AND A ROUTER ALL INSIDE.

In my opinion, no. I made the integrated wire management "holes" bigger to fit standing 120" PC fans and purchased a couple of "Thermaltake Mobile Fan 12 External USB Cooling Fan 120mm AF0007" from Amazon. The nice thing is that your current equipment can power these. My Dish Network receiver (ViP722k) has a USB port in the back that is powered as long as the received is plugged into the wall (even when it's off). I had to use one of my PS3's front USB ports, but the nice thing is those get powered when you turn on the PS3, so the ventilation is there when you need it. Even though I'm one port less, controllers these days are wireless so you're good. I think the XBox powers the USB port even when it's turned off (based on Amazon reviews).

Yes, there are several cut out on the back cardboard panels.

There are 4 cut out holes 2" diameter in the back of the unit for wires. The material that makes up the back panel would be easy enough to cut with a box cutter if you would like additional ventilation :-)

NO. keep the door open when u using it( i am using xbox and my amp ) they get hot so fast..

The hole is pretty small, but if it wasn't large enough, it would be pretty easy to make hole larger.

Weight wise, no doubt would hold a 32" tube tv. It should depth wise too

I believe that it is particle board and wood. Stand is particle board and has a steel rod that is applied across the bottom of the stand for added support. It is painted black with particle board shelves, but the doors look/feel like wood.

The piece is made of engineered wood with a black laminating finish. There is only one piece that I can tell that was made from paperboard construction and this piece is nailed onto the back of the tv stand to enclose the back of the unit that sits against the wall. It is not made from flimsy material it seems quite sturdy. Hope this helps.

particle board that is very heavy duty it is stronger than reg pine

It's the typical particle board with veneer treatment on it, similar to most of the "assemble from the box" furniture.
