Rated 1 out of 5 Oooopsss...wrong size I thought possibly others meant that the new, fat paper towel rolls didn't turn freely on the holder. NO! The holder itself is actually too NARROW, not too shallow. It's seriously about 1.5 inches too narrow left to right when hung. Being total goofballs, we actually cut this thing in 1/2 and added extra screws and mounted it to the right width...because I like the look. Please remove this product from the shelves, Walmart! 08/01/2012

I WAS IMMEDIATELY ATTRACTED TO THE STAINLESS STEEL LOOK OF THIS PAPER TOWEL HOLDER. MY HUSBAND INSTALLED IT. INSTALLATION WAS EASY. IT DOES HOLD THE PAPER TOWELS IN PLACE. BUT WHEN YOU PULL ON THE PAPER TOWEL ROLL THE CLAMPS ARE SO TIGHT THAT THE PAPER TOWEL ROLL DOESN'T MOVE FREELY. I HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE ROLL TO DISPENSE THE ROLL. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUST FOR THE LOOKS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. IT JUST DOESN'T WORK. 10/09/2012
