Microfiber soft and looks very nice. The big T had lesser fabric ones for 1.75 more, and BBY had them for more than twice the price and not as nice for a basic bed skirt. This bed skirt has the look we were going for---- boxy, clean straight lines, and it works absolutely fine. However, we were quite disappointed with the texture and weight of it when we took it out of the package. I've always thought micro-fiber is a faux suede, as seen on couches and chairs. Apparently that is not the case. This skirt has a smooth feeling, is very light weight, and has a sheen to the fabric. 04/17/2010
