Memories of the past

I purchased this to keep oil for french fries, only french fries. It holds 6 cups which is the perfect amount for fries. I love that it is metal and I don't have to wait until the grease is completely cool to transfer and the strainer keeps the grease cleaner.

Grease Dispenser

This dispenser is so handy.  If you like to season or cook your food in a little bacon grease, it's perfect.  I love the fact that it has a strainer.  I gave my co-worker one as a house warming gift and she loved it.

my grandma had one of these that she kept on the stove.  this unit meets all functionality requirements for straining and storing oil.  the only reason i didn't give it a 5 is because the handle does conduct a little heat if you fill it with hot oil.  Maybe a piece of plastic on the handle like the lid would improve the design. It's still a great product.

met my needs

Very disappointed in the grease strainer.  The holes on the strainer are too small to allow the grease to drain without it spilling over.  The strainer is a good size, but not good at straining.

Crying over spilled grease

looks beautiful...!! but looks can be deceiving!... liquid leaks out through bottom of handle very slow so it is not noticed for days. Attempted to contact customer service and was on hold for more than 1 hour. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND....--IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS FOR RATING I WOULD BUT IT ALLOW ME SO THIS IS THE LEAST THEY WOULD ALLOW

looks can be deceiving

Did not meet my expectations.  It sits on my stovetop and the handle gets to hot to pick up without a hot pad.   Also the spout doesn't allow you to pour from the can without removing the inside strainer.  I am currently looking for another one that will meet my needs.

Poor quality.  Not user friendly.

Do not waste your money.  The label on the front is put on with such a strong adhesive that it pulls the finish off.  What a mess!!   The aluminum is a very very low grade.   Zero stars weren't available.
