wood frame very elegant yet simple frame for my picture 04/09/2012
I was very disappointed in my shipment. On one frame the glass was cracked and on the other there was a ding in the wood part of the frame. I had to return both to the store. 04/07/2012

Ok, frame. The frames themselves are very plain but get the job done for what you pay for them. My real concern is how they were shipped, they were shipped in pairs and not packaged at all just in the simple box that holds the two frames, well at least 4 or 5 of them arrived with broken glass. Then I requested replacements and 1 or 2 were received with broken glass again! Botton line is the packaging of the breakable items need to be packaged BETTER! 11/14/2011
