I've been a professional chef for over 35 years and this cutting board is the best deal I've seen.Couldn't find anything close for the price!It's large cutting surface is ideal for roasts or fish and it's ability to capture juices along the channeled edges, keeps your work area clean!A great value! 05/14/2010
Great big cutting board I have neeeded a really nice big cutting board for a while. I finally found this one for a great price. So far, it is easy to clean, has not stained, and is working well. The only way it could be improved is if it had a cutout handle and some grippers on the bottom. It tends to slide around so I put a damp rag under it to prevent this. I love how I can cut up several veggies without having to empty the cutting board to make room for more. 01/11/2012
This cutting board is great. You have plenty of work space and none of the juices or grease or oil penetrates into the board.It is easily washed and if you don't feel like drying it right then, then it won't set and absorb the water. 12/03/2011
