Rated 2 out of 5 by mom310 Pretty but breaks easily When I received the dishes I absolutely loved them! We had 3 products that were broken in the box and I contacted the company. They replaced them no problem. However, one of the replacements was broken and within a week of use a plate has already chipped. They clearly break too easily. I am planning on sending them back. The company has no warranty and will not replace the chipped plate. I was so disappointed. 11/20/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hech Great dishes at a great price I purchased two sets of these dishes and have not been disappointed. I originally ordered these from another well-known retailer and both times they arrived damaged. I later discovered that Walmart had these and the price was $15 lower a set. When I ordered from Walmart I decided to have them delivered to the store instead of my home so that if they arrived damaged I wouldn't have to hassle with a return. They arrived in perfect condition.I've used them for a month without a chip or scratch. I have two teenagers and a husband who don't exactly handle things delicately and there hasn't been an issue. I only gave them a 4 on durability as it is a bit early to tell how they'll hold up long-term. I think these dishes are great and you can't beat the Walmart price. 12/19/2012

I ordered 2 of these sets giving me service for eight. When the packages arrived they were NOT marked fragile as a result I ended up having a service for seven. 02/22/2013
