I thought it would look great in the space I had in mind for my computer..very cute and compact..and I liked that it came with a stool for such a low price. I feel like it was a waste of my money.When I went to put it together, I found the pre-drilled holes for screwing the stool legs to the seat were nowhere near where they needed to be. Also, one of the pieces of wood that hold the seat slats together on the underside was too long and didn't allow the legs to be positioned straight..they would have had to be mounted at an angle. I had to remove that piece, saw off about 1/4 inch, put it back on and drill new screw holes to get the legs on the seat.Then when I went to put the top on the desk, there were no screw holes drilled. That turned out to be a mute point, because the wood screws do not hold well, if at all, in the composite material (compressed sawdust) that the desk top is made of. It should have some other type of hardware or method of mounting the desk top.The little pegs provided for mounting the shelf under the desk were so roughly cut that they did not fit into the holes provided for them. I had to sand them quite a bit then hammer them in. Then I found that the shelf hangs over one side more than the other.This product is very poorly made, and a low price is no excuse. 06/09/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by gespin3549 Hmph! The instructions are not very clear. The tool for screwing in the deep bore screws had a rounded tip instead of a Phillips head which was required. Ended up not being able to screw the tabletop on as designed, and glued it on instead. Although the item is nice and functional, because of the mentioned issues, I would not suggest that anyone purchase it. 03/31/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by everythinghasbeentaken123 OK desk When I first started taking out the parts, I was a little disappointed, but it got better as I put it together.--The stool is very low to the ground. It ended up being OK for me, but I'm only 5' tall.--Some of the paint on the edges is worn off #it is a light wood finish underneath#. This doesn't look too bad if you're OK with the shabby chic look.--The material for the shelf below the table top doesn't seem particularly sturdy. I was planning to put textbooks in there, but I wouldn't put more than two or so in there for fear of breaking it.--As the other reviews mention, there are several places where there are just no holes #the table top and the small shelf# or misaligned holes #the top of the stool#. Fortunately, there are wooden pegs to hold the small shelf in place. Originally they were too thick to fit in the holes, but I whittled them down a bit and it actually ended up holding that shelf pretty firmly. I used wood glue to attach the top of the desk and the top of the stool. I think this will be sufficient for the top of the desk. As far as the stool is concerned, I may have to drill my own holes if the wood glue doesn't hold.--The desk and stool do look good when all is said and done. The off-white is a pretty color, too.Overall, it seemed like I had to make a lot of adjustments on a desk that was still $99 on sale. It basically boils down to how willing you are to drill your own holes or use wood glue. While I think the price is too high for the quality, it looks nice and will work for my needs. 12/12/2011

I have no tools to make a new hold so I think I'm gonna return it back !! Also I got 10 days ago it was $ 129 and now It's 99 so Def I 'm gonna return it back to the store !! Although It looks really nice and cute but I won't recommend to anyone to buy it , It's not worth to buy even It down to 99 dollars !! 08/23/2011
