Great idea, poor performance 4 reasons i gave it single star as value-i) the alarm is not loud enough to be heard in other corner of my 2500sqft house.ii) it really needs big bang on the window before it sets off. I could open the window and close it with big slam and it would still not set off.iii) Works best when it is placed in the middle of glass... as that is where u have most vibration.iv) I thought $8 was way too much for what it is doing.On positive side, i think it glued darn well to my window... i doubt it will ever fall off on its own. 04/17/2010
Easy to use and does the job Ths alarm is easy to place in the window and I would recommend it anyone. Be sure to place it so you open the window. I would recommend to anyone and you can't beat the price when it comes to security items. 02/21/2010
Good product I bought 5 of these because my alarm system company wanted too much money to install a glass break detector to be monitored. Only downfall with these is you cant hook them up with a alarm system to be monitored. But they are a nice deterrent, and alarm is loud, but only lasts a minute or so. 09/09/2010
