I love this hot tub! The tub arrived at my door and in half an hour it was assembled and filling with water. All the parts were there and assembly was mostly easy. The walls are surprisingly stable. The water temp never seems to get higher than 100 degrees though. I wish the covers on the heater/filter inlet were removable so I could clean it out. I love this tub, it is a great way to soak the day away on a Northern Maine Winter day!!! 03/18/2011

Pump failed just after warranty expired Initial setup and experience was wonderful. A great design, but the mechanical failure of the circulating pump just after 7 months of use was very disappointing. I tried to repair/replace the pump myself, but the the entire pump/heater control assembly unit was not designed to be reasonably repaired. The issue is about overall quality, reliability and maintainability being very poor. 11/01/2011
