MSPA USA Bubble Spa B-110 2 2
Not worth the money/no customer service I purchased this spa last summer and already had to have a replacement sent to me due to the seams coming undone - it cost $70 to have the control panel sent back to the company and it was due to poor quality. Now my new spa is doing the same thing yet the spa is out of warranty now since I purchase the first one over 6 months ago but just got the new a few months back. I was told the warranty is only good on the first spa not the replacement. Not worth the money, don't buy this spa or any other spa from the manufacturer. Customer service is awlful! 01/03/2011
Don't waste your money I ordered the spa and the 1st day I received it, I was getting Heater Failure errors. I tried contacting the company but there is no direct line to them, you have to leave a VM or fill out an online form that requires you to leave Credit Card Information. I have spent the last 5 days back and forth over email with ZERO help with their customer support. I wish I would of just bought the real spa!!! 04/13/2011
