Rated 4 out of 5 by earthtopete Good "bang for the buck" I did not give five stars because they are still new and the test of time has not proved their durability yet. But for only about $25, a fraction of the cost of most bags, these have really proven convenient for commuting and shopping. They fit my rack well with good heel clearance (if mounted properly,) are very easy to open and shut, hold plenty of items and are fairly rigid around the sides due to the plastic inserts. And they look very nice on my bike! One note, the inserts needed to be measured for fit and trimmed with a knife, since the inserts provided were of several different widths; it was as if the manufacturer had a standard package of inserts for many types of pannier bags. Also, there were no instructions included, but I think most people would not have a problem figuring out how to assemble them and attach them to the bike. Aside from these negatives, these bags are excellent so far and I am very happy. They are not waterproof, so wrap your things in plastic when it rains. Not for touring, maybe, but for around-town they work very well. 09/10/2011

I needed panniers that allowed me to grab some groceries, carry my laptop, hold a fresh set of clothes etc. I also needed value because I am a single parent on a very tight budget. These bags have really fit the bill. I have now used them every day for 2 weeks and they are GREAT!!!!!! 04/11/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by bdfb03 Quality Product - For the price! I have unpacked and assembled the product. Assembly was a bit of a mystery since there were no instructions with the product. However after looking at where the plastic panels fit, it was apparent where they belonged. The workmanship and the material appears to be of adequate quality. I haven't pressed it into service yet, but expect that it should hold up rather well hauling groceries on my electric bike! 04/22/2011
