Rated 1 out of 5 by I can't get the thing open! This might be a good product if I could get it open to use it. I have followed the directions - holding with one hand on flat surface ad nausem and the thing will NOT open. I really wonder how "child proof" this really is - how many households do not close it after use rather than struggle to open it again. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing this again and will give serious consideration to NOT purchasing any of your other products either. 09/28/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Toilet Bowl Cleaner I was so very impressed with this toilet bowl cleaner. I had lime buildup in my toilet from the hard water. So I thought "I am gonna try this product." I left this cleaner in the toilet for about 20 minutes and lo and behold! All the lime buildup and everything else came off! Now my toilet looks like a brand new toilet! SO VERY HAPPY! :-D 09/05/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Outperformed ALL other competitors I live in an area with extremely hard water that leaves mineral deposits on everything. I can't even wash my car at home due to the impossible to remove spots. Over the course of 6 years in this home, all of my faucets and shower heads have been replaced at least once, and some twice, because of the build up. I have had an ongoing battle with the calcified toilet rings. I have tried every product on the market (scrubbing bubbles, CLR, soft soap, bleach, etc) , natural cleaners (vinegar, baking soda, lemons, etc) and industrial cleaners from friends with cleaning services. NOTHING has removed the rings or build-up. For the last year, I have resigned myself to spending a couple of hours, one weekend a month, scraping off the rings with a pumice stone. I came across this product at a local dollar store and picked it up on a whim. I had tried another Lysol product when I first moved in, but it apparently didn't make an impression. This time, this particular product was MAGICAL!!!! I squirted the liquid under the rim, around the entire bowl, put the lid down and forgot about it until the next morning (7 1/2 hours total). When I lifted the lid the BOWL WAS CLEAN!!! Even with the pumice stone there were stubborn spots that refused to come clean. After the Lysol, I didn't scrub, rub, scrape or sweat. I applied it, walked away and awoke to the first completely, 100% clean toilet this house has seen in 6 years. I will never buy another brand again. LYSOL I LOVE YOU!!!!! 05/02/2012

Rated 1 out of 5 Terrible container Purchased a 4 pack of Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner. All the bottles leak between the bottom of the blue cap and the container. The product is therefore useless and must be discarded. The box was stamped with lot code B11236-NJ2-0438. Is there a remedy to my problem or a means to obtain reimbursement? 04/23/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cleaning the Toilet Bowl is Fun! LySol Toilet Bowl Cleaner has the ability to do so many things at one time! Simply squirt it in on the upper inside of the bowl ridge and let it sit for awhile. Immediately, it begins to disinfect, sanitize and clean the bowl. A quick whisk with a bowl cleanser and you have a clean smelling toilet bowl. I consider it to be one of the dirtiest jobs to do while cleaning the house, however, LySol has made it an easy and rewarding job! I don't dread having to clean the toilet bowl anymore because of LySol. 04/23/2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by I LOVE IT BUT SOME ARE VERY HARD TO OPEN AND ONE LEAKED. BUT THEY DO A GREAT JOB!! A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT IT--I COULDN'T GET IT OPEN BUT MY BOYFRIEND FINALLY DID. IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY BUT THE NEXT BOTTLE LEAKED ON ME, ON THE TOILET AND ON THE FLOOR. I THREW IT AWAY. HOPEFULLY THE OTHER ONES I BOUGHT WILL BE BETTER. IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT 04/19/2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Turned my toilet bowl blue I used Lysol toilet cleaner for my toilets, and after sitting for 5 minutes, my toilet bowls were blue. It took me 4 days and whole lot of scrubbing, before they were back to normal. I did call their customer service number and they were helpful and very nice to work with. I still use Lysol products, just not the bathroom cleaner. 04/19/2012

You can't leave it on too long, but around the bath tub, where you've been sitting metal cans, and the rust ring is there......Like magic.. gone in a few minutes! Love this product!! 04/19/2012

I've been trying to remove stains forever using bleach, scrubbing, even a steamer cleaner. This product did in ONE minute what I had been trying to do for 6 months!!! Rated 1 out of 5 by can't open top The top is so poorly designed that it is next to impossible to open. I bought this product a few months ago and it was impossible to open then so I threw it out. I unfortunately thought this was a different product and bought it again. Once again, I cannot get it open. I will throw it out again and hopefully remember to never buy another Lysol product. 01/23/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing product I took before and after pictures of my toilet. It took away the worst iron stains ever in my toilet, my boyfriends toilet and his bath tub. Yes I used it on the bathtub. I love this stuff squirt, sit, rinse. No scrubbing. I posted my pics on facebook. I just wish you had a spray on that worked this well. 01/23/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible purchase i normally use this to clean my toilets and like how it works. this time i bought the 2 pack and both bottles are defevtive. they do not squirt from the top, but instead from underneath and then all over my hand. this renders the product worthless!!!! please fix your bottles!! 01/17/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not sure what to use now I have used Clorox toilet bowl cleaner for a long time. Then the liquid started coming out around the bottom of the twist cap so you couldn't squirt it up under the rim of the toilet. I complained to Clorox but this continued to happen. So I switched to Lysol as I use many of their products. The very first bottle I opened, it did the exact same thing! What the heck is going on? I used to squirt the stuff in the toilet up under the rim so I could really clean the toilet but this is ridiculous. 01/16/2012

I bought the other ones because we were short on cash at the time and they were on sale...never again! I will scrape my pennies if I have to get what I need. Rated 0 out of 5 by I ran out of bathroom cleaner one day, and used it in the floor part of my filed shower and in my old home on the floor part of my plastic shower insert. Squirt, spread a thin layer lightly with a sponge, let sit for 5 minutes and rinse. WOW. Sparkly clean. Any mould, mildew, soap scum or hard water orange stains. GONE. And of course, I use it on toilets. 12/06/2011

SO, THEREFORE WE INHALED IT AND HAD TO RUSH TO OPEN THE WINDOWS TO GET FRESH AIR. THAT STILL WAS NOT ENOUGH, THE SMELL AND CHEMICALS CAUGHT IN OUR THROATS AND WE HAD A EXTREMELY HARD TIME BREATHING AND WE COUGHED CONTINUOUSLY.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS KIND OF TORTURE TO ANYONE. 12/04/2011
