GREAT Webcam for Under $20! Alright, I was at my local Walmart and what I was *supposed* to get was the Logitech Webcam 160m. Instead I arrived home with this, the Logitech Webcam 110m. The UPS bar code at the bottom of the poduct said 160m when I picked it up at my local Walmart. When I got home I saw the box read 110m. I was pretty disappointed since the 160m has HD capability and this does not.I only paid $18.88 and for the price this was very well worth it. I must be honest though, online Walmart charges $18.88 for the 160m and a dollar more for this model in which does NOT do HD, $19.88. I don't know why this is a dollar more.The quality of the video and pictures are VERY SHARP, CRISP, and CLEAR. There is virtually no lag, if any - lag may be associated that I experienced with the number of programs I was running and that I was running it on my dual-core processor laptop and not my elite quad-core processor desktop.The video quality was sharp, crisp, and clear like I just stated - it pretty much is HD for being VGA and in its dimensions with a max of 640x480 and a minimum of 320x240. The webcam DID NOT come with any software and instead, when plugging it into Windows it will try and download the software from the Internet. For some reason, the software wouldn't download and install onto my laptop. I don't know if it's because I am running Windows 7 64-bit or what. BUT I am able to use this webcam with my old Logitech webcam's software, Logitech QuickCam software. So if you run into any issues/problems, definitely try out the QuickCam software and it should work for you.Both pictures and videos are very crisp, sharp, and clear. Obviously, the smaller dimensions of 320x240 is a little clearer than the standard max VGA resolution of 640x480, but even at its max dimensions it is very clear.Here are two pictures I took in the two different available resolutions. It will probably be a review of this camera in coordination with this review that I'm posting on Walmart so if/when I do, look for Logitech C110 Webcam in the video's title.Now again, should/when the Logitech C160 webcam become available at Walmart and in stock, I will be purchasing that since it is HD-capable. The C160 will probably be a better bang for your buck but for the price and quality of this unit, you really can't go wrong, and you can record pictures and take videos at a really crisp, sharp, and clear pure 1.3 megapixel resolution. 09/20/2011
excellent webcam! got this as a birthday gift from my wife. had no clue the price until i came to the website, looking to find out how much she spent , so i could come close to what she paid , so as to spend close to the same on her..that being said, this camera is AWESOME!! super clear, sharp webcam, i smoke, and on cam you can literally see the smoke from my cig. for the price, i seriously doubt you can do better.. very pleased.. 09/24/2011
Great cam, great price! I decided to go with a usb connection and a integrated mic. I found what I was looking for in LogiTechs C-110 webcam. I found both the the audio and video to be great. I'm running windows 7 and this works fine with it. Its easy to setup just plug in and the necessary software begins to load. Since I got my webcam everyone in my family wants to use it to skype their friends! I thought I'd have to pay alot more for a camera of this quality but thankfully no. I will some time in the future get a 5 MP camera but only because when I replace this one it will be with a camera that has more capabilities. In the mean time me and mine are quite happy with the performance of LogiTech. When I buy another webcam it will be a LogiTech! 10/19/2011
Excellent Camera for the Price I had another webcam with picture quality equivalent to the cameras one would find in a convenience store, blurry and grainy. I was afraid that this one would be the same way given the low price. However, I decided to trust the reviews and give it a try. I was not disappointed. This camera rivals some of the pricier options available. It was super easy to set up, and the picture is great! 10/06/2011
