    Great Remote but what's with this price? Nice remote, but why is it twice the price of everywhere else? 12/31/2009
    No support after 90 days I bought this remote based on the reviews on this site but they forgot to indicate there is no free support after 90 days. After that period you have to pay 30$ just to talk to customer service. Now every time my cable company makes a change or I change a device I have to pay 30$ to have tech support help with the changes and trust me you will need tech support. Many of the devices and the commads are not working properly and only tech sup. can fix the problems. So if you have plenty of time and money to burn it is a good remote. 06/03/2010
