Twin Over Storage Metal Junior Loft Bed, Silver 4.3 5 74 76
Good but think I got 2nd hand I ordered this bed to make some room in my 14yr old daughters room. When we got it home & unpacked it the hardware was in an unsealed plastic bag tied with a red ribbon. The frame of the bed had several horizontal markings below every hole(front & back) the hardware was to go into. It was as though it was taken apart & packed up. We tried to buff the marks off but this started to wear off the paint. My daughter didn't want to wait another week for another bed so we painted it to match her room. Other than THAT its a nice sturdy bed. We both like the height from the ground. My son had a higher up bed years ago & not only did it get too warm at that height I HATED changing sheets that high up!!! 07/18/2009
loft bed i bought this bed for my 15 yr old daughter, as a bday gift. we have only 6ft ceilings in our bedrooms, so i had to get a loft bed that wasnt very tall to the ceiling. i originally wanted the one for $169, next step up in price/quality.....but it wouldve been too tall for the room. this bed was quite easy to put together....daughter and i did it together....however....i would recommend that others have a drill with the bits needed to fit the screws ends, because the hand tools they give you to put this together are SMALL, making it difficult , at times, to turn them into the metal areas that they need to go into. the very last screw we put in, was on the ladder and it was near impossible to get the end onto it, cause of the line-up of it from having already put the rest of the bed together. i ended up using my own screw/nut that was a bit longer, to make it easier to do. i had read another review that made me a little hesitant to buy this product....saying it wasnt very sturdy....but took a chance with it. i am glad that i did. my daughter loves it, and it IS sturdy enough for her (115 lbs). i am aware that i will have to maybe tighten the screws again as it gets broken in, but that is fine with me. be aware that the height UNDER the bed is only about 4', so your child may not be able to WALK under it. my daughter has to duck to go under it, but she wanted it mainly for the added space under it, to store things. i feel this was a good purchase and would recommend it to others. 10/17/2009
For an 11 year old boy... I bought this loft bed for a little apartment bedroom...it is PERFECT and my 11 yr old son and he loves his bed...he made a fort underneith the bed for himself by hanging blankets all around the bed...plus all the things I was tripping over are now under the bed...how perfect for me too :) I truly recommend this bed for anyone that wants something easy to put together and needs more storage for the bedroom!! This bed comes complete with the Tork Wrenches needed for assembly so no buying any extra materials or tools. 06/29/2009
Nice bed This bed is perfect for what we wanted. Our 9 yr old son LOVES it! He even made a little cave underneath for reading and hanging out. His dogs like to hang out in there, too! 07/11/2010
