    About this item

We are proudly continuing the legacy our great grandfather, Joseph Lodge began over a century ago as the sole American manufacturer of cast iron cookware. The Lodge Pro Logic Cast Iron Pizza Pan With Recipe Card is the absolute best kitchen item that money can buy. Foundry-seasoned for a natural, easy release. This little 14" pizza pan will become a family treasure for generations. It is large enough to create a nice size pizza, but not too heavy to handle. Because cast iron retains heat so efficiently, just cut your pizza while it is still in the pan and use the pan to serve from. This Lodge Pro Logic pizza pan is an extremely versatile piece that can be used to bake just about anything on. Try using it for cookies, hotpockets or anything that needs a shallow pan for cooking or re-heating. We have included a recipe card with some amazing new tasty dishes with this 14' pizza pan.

Do not hesitate to try it over the stovetop for a fantastic stack of potato pancakes! Lodge Pro Logic pizza pan is proudly made in the USA since 1896! Now let's eat!

    Great Pan!

I have been cooking pizzas for years in both my oven and BBQ grill using a pizza stone. No more heating the stone for an hour! No more cracked/broken stones! I just assemble the pizza in the (cold) pan and set it in my 450 degree grill/oven and 7-10 minutes later I have a pizza that rivals any stone pizza. The crust is evenly browned. The pizza stays hot longer when serving. I have just ordered a second pan.

    Perfect Grilled Pizzas!

We make our own pizzas quite often since it's just 2 of us. It's tasty and very inexpensive. I mean I don't have time/experience to make dough (yet), but at $1.50 or less, plus a can of tomato paste (with water, sugar and seasonings)...the rest of the toppings are the most expensive part. For a $6 meal it's awesome. And cooking things on the grill is what we do most of the time, but when we are starving or get home late from work, we don't have the time to heat up the coals and let the heat temp even out. If you're not careful and quick about putting together a pizza over a 100 degree grill, you will burn it. The cast iron pan heats up, evenly, quickly and makes cooking a pizza fun. Cooks it through without a problem and is larger than the old pizza pan we were using for transport. Nice and heavy, exactly what I expect from Lodge brand. Goes in the stove and works just as well for holding a frozen pizza. Highly recommended!

Despite the fact that Lodge says they preseason their products, I have found that if you don't season it yourself you will run into problems. Other than that, this is a great pizza pan.

    • This is cast iron and positively cannot be used in a microwave oven. It is intended for a baking oven, but can be used on a stovetop and may work with a super-size burner on an induction top.

    • Yes it can be used on the stove top. Best for gas top and electric coil. Glass top will work, but you have to be careful with cast iron on glass (i.e. scratches, cracking, etc)

    • From the instruction card: Because the pan is larger than the burner on your stove, preheat in the oven at 400 for 5 minutes before stovetop use. Intense or uneven heating may cause damage to the pan.
