The Lodge Pro-Logic 14" Pizza Pan is the absolute best pizza pan that money can buy. Foundry-seasoned for a natural, easy release. This little gem will become a family treasure for generations. This pan is large enough to create a nice size pizza, but not too heavy to handle. Because cast iron retains heat so efficiently, just cut your pizza while it is still in the pan and use the pan to serve from. Overall the pizza cooked evenly and the crust turned out nicely, which has been a problem with my homemade pizzas. Remember this pan holds heat pretty good even after your pizza comes out of the oven. 02/05/2012

And using cast iron is so much healthier for you, than any other product. This pan is so durable and strong that if you take care of it, it will last you a life time. To be honest i love this pan so much that i'm even looking at their enamel coated cast iron skillets to use on my glass top stove, so buy it and enjoy a good and sturdy product. 10/15/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by GeminiBlue It will be hard for today's young people to remember to never wash this item. Cast iron will lose its seasoning if you do. Follow all the directions of the manufacturer and you will get years of service from this piece. 10/02/2012
