Don't get me wrong, the idea of this small trampoline is great and my kids have loved it for the last year (ages 2 and 5 at the time of purchase). However, after about 8 months (basically after the summer and rain season) the foam started to fall apart and my kids would be covered in blue particles from head to toe. The net is also falling apart and it looks terrible. I just called customer service to try to purchase a replacement net and foams and I was told that no replacement parts are available for this trampoline now or probably in the future. So I inquired about the warranty since I have friends who have recently purchased and are within what I thought was the 1 year warranty. Here is the answer friends...foam and net have a 90 DAY warranty and no parts are even available for replacement should you want to pay for them. So anyway...I just wanted to let everyone know, since I feel bad enough to have recommended this to too many of my friends. As I told customer service today, I will post this information in every website I can to let people know.

This was exactly what I wanted. Our yard is small and this fits perfectly, and is just the right size for my 2 and 6 year old. Only negative would be the shipping time, but it was site to store, so I guess I can't complain.

Perfect for my energetic 2 year old and his cousins who range from 4-10! Husband put it together by himself in an hour. Only had it for a couple weeks but so far VERY happy with it. The only thing I could see that could be better are the ties that hold the enclosure to the trampoline...a couple have already broken. Otherwise, we love it!

My parents bought this for my rambunctious 3-year-old for Christmas, to blow off some steam in our basement. But how long does assembly take for 2 (bickering) adults? We're hoping to set it up Christmas Eve, after our little one goes to sleep; so he can see it Christmas morning. Does it take longer than an hour or two? Thanks in advance! =)

    • A. two people working together should be able to assemble it in a couple of hours, no problem, if you keep the bickering to a minimum :)

    • A. My husband and son in law put it together in about an hour...and managed to stay peacful the entire time. Just read the assembly instructions in advance so you know what to prepare for. They supply the tools but you might have an extra socket wrench. Good Luck...your 3 year old is going to love it!!!

    • A. I think cement would be fine. The orange legs are made out of a durable plastic like other products made by little tikes so they may get a little scuffed from rubbing on concrete but it doesn't seem to move much when bouncing.

    • A. We put ours together on a cement basement floor. It worked fine. You may need an extra person to help stabilize it when you're putting the springs in as it is very light and slides easily.

My husband and I are trying to find an indoor trampoline for our 4 year old and our 2 year old and I am wondering if this will fit inside? How tall is it when assembled? Thanks very much!

    • A. I'm around 5'5" and the top of my head reach's just above the orange line, quite a bit below the round bars.

    • A. Ours fit inside our office nicely! The orange band around the netting is about as tall as I am at 5'4" with the arches of the netting being taller than that. My son is 3 and we have had him and another 3 year old and a 4 year old in it at once. I think the weight limit is around 100lbs.

    • A. This trampoline is perfect for indoors. They don't recommend you putting it on cement but we thought if you put down an inexpensive rug or interlocking floor tiles it would be fine. I think they are worried about the cement and the wear on the legs. If you have a big playroom or garage, it would be perfect. As to the height of the trampoline it's over 6 feet tall. My tall for her age, 5 year granddaughter who has been taking gymnastics for 2 years does not reach the top of the netting. They are not going to jump so high they hit their heads on the ceiling. Not even close. It is just under 7' wide so you will need a descent size room.

    • A. I purchased this trampoline for my grandkids last Christmas, and, although it is bigger than I anticipated (which is a good thing), it sits in the middle of my livingroom. It does take up quite a large area, but it is well worth it. My grandkids love it (ages 1, 1, 2, and 3)!
