My four year old loves it... and so do i : ) This item works exactly as we expected it to. My son can use all three balls at once and use it as a pitching machine or just one ball and play catch with the machine.Every pitch is pretty much the same so your kid wont be running all over trying to hit the ball. Its easy for kids to use with no assistance from an adult. We have had it for a few weeks now and have not found anything we did not like about it. Every now and again my husband and I cant resist taking a turn at bat. I would totally recommend this to a friend. 07/05/2011

Over all it is a good product. I bought it as a gift for my two year old sons' birthday. The down falls are: the amount of time given to have the balls back in the auto pitdher before it turns off is very short so we have to constantly turn it back on after chasing down the balls. The other downfall is three balls are not enough considering you have to chase the balls every where if you have a young child that can not make it into the net area and other similar balls do not work in the auto pitcher, you must use the ones that are provided, Nevertheless, my son loves it! 11/02/2011
