Rated 5 out of 5 by kelseyanne Works like a charm! I bought a Kindle, so I had to buy a router. First I got a Belkin, was on the phone for an hour with tech support, we never got it going so I took it back and got a Netgear, did exactly what the CD told me to do, for over 2 hours, never got it going either. I called their so-called tech support line, the man was very hateful and impatient, so, I took it back. Then I went to Wal-mart, bought the Linksys E1200, put in the CD, hooked it up and was done in about 5 minutes. Wish I had bought this one from the get-go, sure would have saved a lot of time and aggravation. 02/08/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Neenaw52 We were being dropped from the Internet often by our old router. After upgrading to this newer router, we've not been dropped once. It supports 2 computers, wireless printer, 2 TVs, Wii and Netflix! Love it! 02/20/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by RaySav Exceeds expectations It was very easy to install and configure for WPA2 security. Range is more than enough for my 1100 sf house. The form factor is perfect for my desk in the living room. Sleek unobtrusive design. As far as exceeding my expectations, network speeds are 10X higher than my previous router. This router also supports IPv6. For those of you that aren't aware, IPv6 protocol is launching later this year. Without the proper network hardware you will not be able to access websites deploying the new address convention. There is also a handy smartphone app that allows you to manage your network from anywhere you have a data signal. 04/24/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lore1954 Great In 20 minutes, this router was connected to the internet wirelessly with my Acer Aspire Win 7 laptop with the Broadcom N drivers. Watched TV shows on Hulu clearly and with no problems. A CD comes with the package and detects if you have DSL and need a password and/or login. It then prompts you to enter the info. Lets you rename your network during set up.I had the Linksys WRT54-G for ages and it was also great, however, the new laptop Broadcom is the "N" generation and would not work with the G router. Our Blu-Ray WiFi also works better with this N Linksys e1200. 04/13/2012
