Why Pay More? This cable is hooked up to an adapter (Also from walmart) that hooks my Macbook Pro up to my 32" Vizio. It displays in 1080p and 720 although my TV doesn't fully support 1080 so it doesn't look AS good... but video looks extremely crisp and (when i'm in 720p mode) the text is amazingly clear. I've yet to use this cable on anything other than my computer, however, so I can't comment on that. but as far as I'm concerned, this cable is just as good as any 40 dollar cable that you'll find in store.
