Good shed for the money. I felt this was a good shed for the money as my 25 year old steel shed was falling apart and I didn't want to ever put up another one after this. Beware that if the ground you are putting this on is not absolutely one hundred percent perfectly level you will have problems with it. The instructions give you several options for the install, how to build different types of foundations if you need to. It comes with a floor. My install was going fine, except took a long time. I think the advertised install was about 4 hours. I was about 12 hours doing it myself. There is a skylight panel that goes down the center of the roof and has to line up perfectly. If your ground is not perfectly level, by the time you put the roof panels on and get to the other end, they are going to be off and the skylight won't line up. I had to take the panels back off, and line them up and reinstall them so they lined up with the skylight. Not an easy task but I made it work. The ground I put this on was pretty close but not perfect. Just beware of that if you are thinking of getting this shed. I must have put in at least 500 screws by hand also. You need patience to install this thing, but in the end I think it will last and I won't have to do this ever again. If I did have to do it again, I think I would just buy something already built, and have it delivered. It was a lot of work. 06/26/2011
