I have a problem assembling my basketball hoop because I did not read the directions . I assembled two pipes incorrectly and could not get them apart , my seven-year-old grandson was disappointed . I thought I really messed it up. I called the company and spoke to a wonderful customer service lady . She said no problem just take the pipe and drop it on a blanket and it should pop apart . Wow problem solved thank you very much customer service .

I purchased a basketball goal online from Walmart.  After the goal was picked  up we realized it was for  a "beginner" which meant that the rim was bigger around than a standard rim. No where in the information which I read online did it say that it was a beginner goal.  I have returned the goal  and would like to purchase another, but the information  on line  is incomplete.  The item was of good quality, it was just not the item I was looking for and the information about the item was incomplete which makes it difficult to order another one.

It states that its easy assemble but it almost a 2-3 man job to put it together correctly. Also I kept looking in the description on whether it needed sand or it had its own weight, but I didn't find out it needed sand until after it arrived. So my kids had to wait another day to play after assembly. Other than that it is a great hoop and my kids love the color n adjustable hieght.

My children and I have got so far great fun with this Basketfall Hoop. But after 20 months of use outdoors the fasterners of the base have oxidized and one of the 2 braces supporting the mast has freedom from the base. We would like to know if this parts are included in the 5 years guarantee.

Good product, but metallic fasteners are not thought to be outdoors because they oxidize

Wish I would have read and listened to all reviews box got here big holes in it and missing half the pieces so was half way putting together till noticed . takes least 3 ppl to put together and isn't sturdy at all i should bought the more expensive pro series instead of this for my begginner. Because I've spent more in parts because can't get ahold of anyone. Don't buy this headache and if u do request other than ups delivering

Received this item as a gift and the instructions were unclear that you pull the poles through. Customer service sent me the poles I thought I needed and I needed all three. I am not wasting anymore time dealing with this product. Straight to the trash. Do not recommend.

Unclear instructions!

I should have listened to the reviews I read about this basketball hoop. The instructions are absolutely terrible and hard to understand.  The pictures do not look like the tools, pieces, etc. We literally would put something together, then have to take it back apart to do the next step. 

My husband and father in law worked on it for hours. And in some instances you need a minimum of 3 people to get things in place.

Terrible Instructions

I had the first one picked up and returned because they ship it in the product carton and it was destroyed. Huge holes and tape. Major parts missing. So they send me another. Same thing second time around. What a frustrating experience. Walmart dot com is no Amazon. Second one will be returned as well.

Missing partsI can't get rid of you about the basketball hoop because to date we have not been able to use it. The original shipping was missing three parts. We receive those parts and then when we started putting it together we're missing two more parts. I guess I'll have to wait 7 to 10 days to get those. Then I can let you know if I like the hoop or not.
