it works It took a few minutes to figure out the the bottom arms need to be nearly horizontal so that the arms didn't stick out beyond the 32" T.V. Once that was done the rest was easy. I've seen that some have had problems with the mounting screws, but an impact driver made it easy work. Without one it would need bigger pilot holes. My T.V. is only abou 20 lbs, so it was plenty strong. It works for me. 03/18/2011
