I first learned of Leslie Sansone on Comcast (demand). I then purchase a few of her dvd's to change up my rountines. I purchase this DVD, and I must say that the challenge that is offered in the DVD is awesome. I have lost almost 20 pounds, and I am telling everyone that I know to try any of Leslie Sansone's DVD's. I like the fact that her workout program is flexible enough for anyone to start in right away. I must say that it is hard to stop eating and do all of the right things needed to diet today, but I have found that with these DVD's you will burn calories which is a good way to lose the weight. If you are a person that could get motivated by working out with a group of people on a DVD with a plan that is not too hard to do, I truly recommend this DVD.

A good choice

This is my third Leslie Sansone walk DVD and I must say this is the best one so far. I really sweat while doing this workout, so I know I'm getting the most out of it. I also love the music -- it makes you push yourself harder, but enjoyable at the same time, plus you have the choice of doing either a 1, 2, 3 or 4 mile workout which is awesome. After your first mile you can go right into the second mile and so forth or you can stop the DVD. Each mile gets shorter because the workout gets faster and faster without you feeling tired. I already see results and my body feels great. Just the other day my mom said that she noticed a change in my body. Keep up the good work Leslie and thank U for caring. P.S. My sister came over while I working out and loved the DVD -- now she's ordering one for herself.

Exhilirating and it works!!!!

I chose Leslie Sansone 4Big fast firm miles DVD after looking at several. I thought this would be the bvetter deal since the exercising band is included. This DVD was exactly what I was looking for. It gives you a good work out. In the beginning I couldn't make it through all of the excercises but after a couple of tries I was a pro. I love this DVD because it is not hard on your joints. I was never in any pain at all. Going on a 1800 calorie diet in combination with the DVD gave me the results I never thought I could achieve. I lost 30 pounds in 3 1/2 months. I was in shock. I couldn't believe it. It worked for me! I will recommend this DVD to everyone. Thanks to Leslie Sansone.

Great DVD

I've been doing Leslie's workouts for about a year now and they're great! She has a workout for every fitness level. When I first started this one, I really worked up a good sweat, but now I'm use to it and although I still sweat, I needed to mix it up a bit and add the 5 mile fat burning walk. Still a great workout though...very motivating and I noticed a difference in my body by the second week. I switch between this one, the 5 mile workout, and her walk/jog dvd 6 days per week averaging 4 to 5 miles per day. I'm a mom of 5 w/ a very small area to work in and these are perfect! No expensive treadmill for me! This is better than that...a total body workout that's easy. You don't have to feel like you need a back ground in dance to do these videos! I'm not a coordinated person and I can do it! After losing 75 lbs, I feel great and you will too!

Great workout!

I have had the Walk Slim system for 2 years, and just now used the "4 Really BIG Miles". Now I'm thinking,"What took you so long?" I was sweating by the 2nd mile. The intensity builds at a steady pace..you're not worn out by the 3rd mile, but you are definitely getting a good workout. The time went by very quickly. It didn't seem like I was doing it for nearly an hour. I have quite a collection of Leslie's DVD's, and I use ALL of them. This low impact exercise is perfect to burn fat, energize and improve my fitness..all of this without breaking the bank, or straining my joints and back. I recommend them to everyone.

Great workout; steady pace, low impact

I would recommend this workout exercise program. This DVD is mildly aerobic, but gets your heart rate up. Well worth the money!! No jumping, or bending, so it would be perfect for someone who is limited with their movement. I enjoy Leslie Sansone's style!

Good workout program!!

This was exactly what I was hoping for to get me moving and keep me motivated. It is a fast moving nonstop workout, but not at all hard, and easily manageable for all ages and fitness types. Definitely not a bootcamp workout, but if you want to keep moving everyday and get your heartrate up, this is great! Don't expect much from the "hit songs" but Leslie's constant motivational chatter really makes the time pass quickly!

Good Workout

This is a typical Leslie Sansone DVD, and it was a good price at Walmart. However, it was not much different than her other four mile workouts. I was rather dissappointed. The band is included and used in the last mile, it wasn't much fun, but it did mix it up a bit. A plus is that you can choose which mile you want to do or you can do any combination of them by skipping chapters or starting later in the workout or stoping early.

However, if you already own a 4-mile work out, you can just jog instead of walk during certain parts to get the same effect. If you don't own a 4-mile already this is okay to get.

It is a fairly good workout over all as she does the interval training and has 10 minute and 12 minute miles. Although I said I wqould recommend it, I would only do so if you don't have a 4-mile and are looking for something longer and little different.

Did not meet my expectations

The exercise tape gives you a good workout but is missing the stretchy band for the 4th mile. When I contacted the seller, he told me there wasn't supposed to be a stretchy band. I replied and said yes, there is. It clearly shows it on the covering free stretchy band bonus.  It also gives instructions for the stretchy band inside. He replied back and said they don't have a stretchy band to send. Walmart was very good and said I could return the CD. The seller was not good. Customer Service at Walmart was excellent!

Great Workout/Missing stretchy band.

Yeah, its the constant loud, irritating laughing that she does constantly throughout the workout, so distracting & for no reason. Wish I could just listen to the music instead of her! Besides, she acts like she has no idea of what to do next. Movements are choppy, not in sync with music, & she is so lost in her conducting this workout its ridiculous! Disappointing!
