Great Workout!!! It Works!!! I just LOVE this DVD. have several of Leslie's DVD's and enjoy them all. This DVD really works, I was at a plateau, stuck on those last 10 pounds, but since I got this DVD last month, poof its GONE!!! it's a great workout, I love the variety on the individual days, and also can choose my own workout for the weekends. When I'm done with the workout, I am drenched in sweat, and feel energized!!! After so many years of trying to loose weight, Leslie's DVD's DID IT!!! Mahalo and Aloha from Hawaii... 04/30/2012
I was disappointed in the strength training on the tape, which is the entire reason why I decided on this DVD. Each daily strength section is only like 4 mins long and I want more than that. And then when you do the walks, each mile is a different "show" rather than one long continuous walk so you get your heart rate up and then you start over again. But I do like the more cardio moves on this DVD. All in all it is still good! 05/12/2012
