Learning Curve - Dinosaur Train - Motorized Adventure Train Set 17 19
DisAppointed I bought this for my very excited 4 year old today. He loves dinosaur train, and so does my 1 year old so I figured this would be a great addition to our toy closet. Boy was I wrong! I proceeded to take all the pieces out and hooked it all up. I put the batteries in and it worked on the hard wood floor fine but when put on the track it wont go or it will go for a minute and get hung up. I am going to buy brand new batteries to see if by some miracle it fixews it but I forsee this product going back to the store. My son is very upset. 08/24/2010
Not worth the money This is a poorly constructed toy. We have had it for 4 hours and already the brand new batteries will hardly pull the train. The animals will not stand up in the cars and the cardboard tunnels keep falling down. The train tracks keep coming apart and all I keep hearing is Grandma help! I am ready to throw it out. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy it. 09/26/2010
Don't bother This toy is NOT worth 30 dollars! My 3 year old bought this yesterday with her piggy bank money and is very disappointed. The tracks do not stay together, the box says over 8 feet of track, which MIGHT be true if you laid them all out in a row, It takes aaa batteries that are not included and it dose not say this anywhere on the box, except for the train station all the tunnels and the birds nest are made out of cheap cardboard that doesn't stand up, and the dinosaurs are supposed to stand up in the cars and have a little hole in them to connect them to the train but they don't fit and will not stand up (i can't do this so i don't know how a 3yr old can). It is a great idea for a toy but it is made very poorly. My child is very upset that we are bringing it back to the store. Save your kid the disappointment, Don't buy this. 09/04/2010
Waste of Money and Time. I babysit my 7 year old cousin who loves Dinosaur Train so I thought this toy would be awesome... I was wrong.First, you can only put this together ONE way, which is a hassle when you have to put it together weekly. Since it is so difficult with the track I never bothered putting batteries in it until today when I was going to leave it out until the holidays are over because I'll have him more. I was very disappointed when the train got hung up EVERY time it switched directions. He's autistic so this would bother him big time.He got so frustrated with this toy until he finally made a small circle track, which when I tried, the train can run on with no issues. I'm irritated that I spent $30 and have extra track NOT being used... but it makes him happy, which I'm okay with.I wouldn't recommend this to even my worst enemy for the fact it is difficult to put together and gets hung up when ever motorized. 11/25/2010
