Rated 5 out of 5 by watsondd Wonderful product Just as "Garbage" said...take a few minutes before you give this to your child or grand child, to download the audio. I actually downloaded onto 3 different devices. 2 were Tag and one was a jr. I had no trouble at all with the download and directions were very clear. One thing I would recommend is not to give too many books at one time. It became overwhelming. 12/28/2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by LadyBaker Garbage I bought this for my 4 year old daughter for christmas. I have now spent almost 2 hours trying to get the audio for the book downloaded onto her reader. This has been a complete dissapointment and now my daughter is in her room crying because santa brought her a present that does not work. If you do buy this product as a gift for a child make sure you spend the time to get it working before you give it to them. I love leap frog but this product was such a dissapointment to me!!!!!!!!! 12/26/2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mony software is a pain christmas morning it took me almost an hour to get it going.Had to load software, load books, it needed to update, it froze a couple times, all with my kid looking on expectantly - what a pain. 12/26/2010
