Rated 1 out of 5 by SDumas Don't Buy if you run Windows 7!!!! I've spent the last 6 days trying to get my two new Leapfrog Tag Readers recognized by my computer. Check out the leapfrog forum if you doubt me. Just search for Windows 7. Apparently there are many problems with connectivity as Leapfrog asks you to disconnect all other USB devices before connecting the Tag Reader - and then only the USB ports at the back of the machine. Through the forum I tried at least 10 "fixes". Some seem to work for other people but most still had problems. Customer service is a joke. Wait times on the phone are outrageous and they respond to your emails every few days with a form letter suggesting "fixes". 01/01/2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by eva242 great educational tool A bit costly but it works fine. Had a slight problem getting the software downloaded for windows 7, I had to try about 3 times. It should have came with the cd since it doesn't work without software installation. 01/28/2011
