Rated 4 out of 5 by GoldenAngel Great concept for letter recognition and phonics! Bought it for my 16 month old child, he has had it for 2 weeks and still plays with it everyday. When you press the yelllow sun button, it sings the alphabet song. Great gift for a toddler. It is a little difficult for him to fit the letter/number piece into it but after several tries he manages to get it in. It is kinda like a puzzle.The other problem is, while he tries to push the letter into its slot, his hand always accidentally presses the yellow button. I think the yellow sun button is positioned to close to the slot. Other than that, we love that he is learning letter recognition, phonics, number recognition, fine motor skills and patience. 12/29/2012

Yes it teaches you the letter sound but it could have at lest given you two item that begins with the letter!!!! It sings the exact sound from the cd nothing else. " the A says ah the A says ah every letter makes a sound the A says ah" and that's pretty much it!! My son is 2 and this toy does not grab his attention. The music could have been a lot more vibrant. For me this product is not value for money. On the positive side it seems very durable. 12/26/2012
