LeapFrog Explorer & LeapPad Learning Game: Pet Pals 2 1 2
Great game! If I could recommend the must have game for a leapster/leappad this would be it!We just bought this for our 4 year old daughter and it has been an instant hit! She received other leapfrog games for Christmas, but this one is definitely played the most and she gets really into it. Great game for boys or girls and the "rewards" are cute and give incentive to graduate further into the game skills. (Rewards of play would be you get to buy extra pet shampoo or soap at the doggie supply store to help better take care of your pup) The blow drying feature is a hit as well. With her leappad, you can actually blow into the microphone piece to blow dry your puppy...genius to a 4 year old! I didn't buy this for educational value just for entertainment purposes, but I think as she gets further along it introduces mathematics which is just a bonus to a fun game. Great game that holds an active Childs attention and a super tool for Parents to bring to the grocery store or errands out and about to keep your little one happy.(P.s. to leappad owners- don't get confused between Pet pals 2 and the pet pad writing game that comes on your leappad-TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I almost didn't buy this Pet Pals 2 b/c I thought it came with a similar game, but pet pad isn't a game necessarily more of a virtual pet that test writing skills ect...
