I've heard that it can be used as a rash cream for cloth diapers, but I've never tried it myself. A friend of mine uses it for diaper rash with her cloth diapers and says she loves it. She washes her cloth diapers with hot water and says that she figures the hot water causes any remaining lanolin to melt away. FWIW, she says she's never had buildup issues in her cloth diapers when using this lanolin. Hope that helps!

Can you use this for rash cream in cloth diapers?

I used about 2-3 tunes with my son and he breastfeed till 8 months.

I breastfed for almost 5 months and used a tube and a half.. a very small amount goes a long way!

I use 1 a month roughly exclusively breastfeeding used 1 to 2x daily. You don&#39;t need a lot.

How much/many tubes will one use for the entire duration needed after pregnancy? I am moving to China and it is not readily available there. Thanks!

Never used it on a baby bum before.  I usually use Aquaphore Diaper Rash cream with Vaseline.

Can this be used with vasaline for a better barrier against diaper rash, we use disposable diapers.

This is very protective and helpful for breast feeding mothers and has been especially soothing while exclusively pumping. Will oil stain any clothes worn directly over, can be washed out by using extra concentrated Dawn and washing as normal a couple times.

It reliefs itching almost immediately after application and heals dry chapped areola or nipples with time.

Very effective

This is the ONLY thing a breast feeding mother NEEDS! If you pump or not, this helps so much! It is safe for baby and you and makes pumping, nursing and expressing so much easier on mom. I would say there is something about lanolin that relaxes and promotes milk flow, so this is a great investment. I got samples in the hospital and fell in love!

Must Have!!!!!!!!

I have used this product for 10  years.  Through both pregnancies and breastfeeding.  I have used it every single night on my lips since before my first was born.  Sometimes on my hands, in the winter, on my cracked knuckles.  It is the best product I have found.  No other lanolin compares.

Excellent multi use

A favorite nipple cream! Helps protect and care for sore nipples from pumping or nursing. 
This is the medium size, but I like to keep their 3 pack of small nipple cream's around the house.  Use often and put on BEFORE you pump and after.  It is safe for baby too, but I don't recommend it before nursing.

I had terribly sunburned, chapped %26 peeling lips after a trip to Arizona's sun, which couldn't be healed by my usual natural, organic lip balm so my nursing mother neighbor recommended this and it worked! Excellent for chapped lips!

I've used this nipple cream for over two years and counting, during breastfeeding and pumping for two babies. It's my favorite! I like it immensely more than straight-up lanolin. The creaminess is really nice and soothing and makes pumping especially much more pleasant. It's on my must-have list for expectant mothers who plan to breastfeed and/or pump!

Favorite nipple cream!

Fast shipping! The case was opened but the actual product itself had the safety seal. I proceeded to use it despite this minor issue. After my son was born we had difficulty latching. Ordered this because I was in so much pain post-partum from the cracked,sore, bleeding nipples. This cream helped provide relief and the best part was that it was delivered to me the next day. I didn't have to go out with my newborn on pain.

The product produced a consistent ointment of concentrated thickness that seems to alleviate the dryness on your nipples. Covering yourself go out and wearing clothes at home can be challenging though. I would recommend the disposable nursing pad to ease the struggles with clothings.

Great but greasy

When I gave birth I was introduced to this by my hospital nurses and ever since then I can't use no other brand or type!! This just works best for me %26 it isn't messy like the others! This combined with the Lansinoh Nipple Coverings literally are the best combos!
