The Landmann Ball O'Fire Fire Pit is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The unique design adds so much atmosphere. It is very easy to open and close, and allows convenient access when adding logs or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. It is a perfect addition to the backyard and deck area.

Best Fire Pit on the Market

Sturdy, looks great and holds a massive amount of wood. Easy too clean too. Love it. Some places selling this pit for $300, so this was an exceptional value.

Great fire pit! Lowest price found anywhere

My tall and BIG Fire Pit arrived from Walmart on time for my event, and I could track its trek to my house online. The pit itself is over the top FABULOUS. I probably looked at 20 different ones, including all the ones at Home Depot, Lowe's, Sears/KMart and such places. There were a lot of pieces in that box, for sure. But I paid the college-aged neighbor kid $20.00 to construct it and he had no issue or complaints about the assembly. The biggest deal was breaking down the enormous cardboard box for the recycling can! The basin is very large and that combined with the height of the pit made me think I was preparing an old-time country bonfire vs. a suburban fire on my patio. We're in a fire zone in SoCal and so full-containment of any flying embers is a top priority and this pit supplied that PLUS a full view of the flames. Other pits obscure that full view with their basic construction. Online reviews of this product mostly reflect my same sentiment: a great product at a great Walmart price. I plan on enjoying many seasons' worth of big, crackling fires with my heavy-duty and sturdy new fire pit!

I wasn't expecting as many pieces to assemble. but the instructions were easy to follow and there were no missing pieces. The unit is large enough to have a great fire, and the top screen keeps in all the embers. Great value. Great fire pit!

Love the Ball O'Fire

Love this pit and got it at 60% off over Christmas. The instructions for putting together are great, but be prepared to screw in lots of bolts. The only reason I knocked it one star was because the paint on the pan chips easily and started to show failure after 1 use. I recommend buying some rustolium high heat spray to coat the pan before use.

Buen baby burn!

Assembly was little bit longer than expected. There were some missing screws and bolts. Once assembled the Fire Pit looks and functions great. Nice Fire Pit to enjoy for the cool sunsets.

Great Fire Pit

Over all I was very pleased with my Ball Of Fire. The only cpm;laint I have is it had an ugly weld on the main ring and it was missing one bolt.

Not a big problem and my girl friend and I are looking forward to many hours of relaxation if it ever stops snowing and raining.

I have had this less than a year. It has ALWAYS been covered when not in use. Just pulled the cover off of it to find that all of the mesh is rusted and in some spots it's rusted through. Outer frame has the powder coat pealing off with rust under it. Unbelievable that it has such a crappy powder coating and grade of steel that it would rust this fast.

RUST! Would not purchase again!
