good item Instructions were rather confusing at one point but was worth the effort. I will say this item is sturdy and does not look cheap whatsoever. I put two of them together to fill up the huge TV space in my living room and they fit perfect as if custom built. I am very pleased with it, good value. 11/14/2009
Not good I bout this dresser for my new baby's room, thinking it would match my crib, it is a very dark expresso, almost black. Which is no big deal, my problem with the product is that the bottoms fell out of the drawers, the drawers would not close all the way, and when I pushed them hard enough to get them to close they never opened again....literally! I buy a lot of things from walmart and usually am very satisfied but this is a product that just didn't meet my expectations. Of course I ordered it, and put the whole thing together(which took 3 hours!!!!) so I had to drive it an hour away put together and take it into the store that way! ... Not good ! 10/21/2009
Beautiful I bought this dresser along with the nightstand for my new bedroom. It looks very nice and is holding up so far. Beware, of putting it together!! The directions suck, I put it together alone and it took me just short of about 5 hours. It is very heavy. I definitly was confused by the directions, especially with how to place the drawer rails. I figured it out after about 30 minutes of trying them different ways. The drawer holes don't match up with the rail holes without some bending, which is bad, and also there are holes in the drawers that end up being there for no reason. This puzzled me that not enough screws were provided for the holes. I will have to go to Lowe's to purchase additional screws. The dresser comes with glue to use which is good. I actually purchased the Black Woodgrain, which looks very elegant. Overall, it does the trick for a low priced dresser. I'm happy with my purchase. 10/17/2009
Would Purchase Again I purchased this along with one nightstand and enjoy them both. Not difficult to assemble, just needs a touch of patience. These are beautiful looking modern pieces of furniture that look like they are worth more than what they cost. They are very sturdy. I am pleased and considering buying more of this furniture set.
