    Cool remote! I love the look and the feel of this remote. There were two things I wasn't thrilled about. One is that each device has three screens to cycle through. The other was the weight of it. It is heavier than my Dish remote and my cordless phone. I would still recommend it because it's "coolness" outweighes the negatives. 03/13/2009
    customer service is no good when I bought this I was getting it for my wife to use the smart keys so it would be easer for her to use the home intertament and the smart keys wouldnt work and they said they would have a person call me to help with it and 2 weeks later no call so I took it back 04/29/2009
    Ehh Its a okay remote. Great novelty remote, nice "WoW' value, but its kinda a pain in the butt to program.I gave this remote to my 67 y/o father and he could not figure out how to program it and it took me almost 20 mins to get 1 device set up 07/06/2009
